Establish a Mature Management Virtue Board

Grandmaster is working very Hard to hold a stable & serene Signal system for a Smooth Turn to the Next Holy Mission of establishing an enlightenment ladder.

The future Qinway really needs a good leader who has a great understanding of her first 10 years and also coordinates and connects the second 10 years system's mission very well. Therefore, it is very important for the long term mature management virtue board to establish a great new management system, if the holy mission can be accomplish.

Since some of the students are willing to volunteer to work in the Qinway office, Grandmaster has set up one-half year testing period for the temporary work team policy, at least Until there is a mature management system with professional a serene and stable signal office system. Of course she is very appreciative of the students great virtue, and hopes to see their growth soon.

Grandmaster is hard working on keeping a serene and stable signal office system with the involvement of the New Volunteer Team. She is working day & night for training and supporting the student volunteer team.

Because this unique system has a lot of special knowledge, Grandmaster currently is working very hard for training the volunteer student team. This will assure a serene and stable signal office environment and a be very conducive to a smooth running signal for this energized global system.

Grandmaster is appreciative for the students great virtue; however as part of the one-half year testing period, she will often check the wisdom abilities and maturity of the student volunteers. These decisions are very important for protecting this global energized system; and necessary for Grandmaster to devote the correct energy to this virtuous holy work. Because of these efforts Qinway customers will continue to receive the strong signal and great benefits from the energized healing system products.

The testing period also may testing how strong the finance foundation can be build. As will see to support Grandmaster holy works and further temple build,disciples living expense support,etc.

1) Grandmaster will be in a deep contemplation stage for the formulation and establishment of a new enlightenment system. She will continue offer & sending Strong Signals to the energized products, but has no plans to do the business. This includes not hiring someone to do the business.

2)Since Grandmaster needs to remain in a Stable & Serene Signal System with a Temporary Voluntary work team, She has testing period policy for currently volunteer office management.

3) Currently has she not authorized any student to become her formal disciple or business partner or Qinway spiritual system representative until after a 2 to 3 years of having a long disciples team with stable a mature and professional management board system.

4) Since Qinways energized website & newsletter belong to a strong signal system then during the unstable period she has not authorized any student to release or put any change without her permission.

5) About Grandmaster englihtenment plan including englihtenment tample & disciples training plan, she wants to remind them the purpose of her course is to offer guideance for the soul to take a step by step path to Englightenment. The purpose is also not for physical healing or business; the teaching plan the precondition that without the successful implementation of a strong and mature management team-the plans for the training will be cancelled.

6)She reserves the right to cancel a disciple training in any time in different stage of the training if they do not qualify; she also reserve right for adjust the policy for each area if cause chaos.

How important is a mature with stable, long term system's management team? All the benefits of Qinway will dissolve and be lost to the world forever! Qinway will not be able to survive to bring great benefit to the world without a strong and balanced and Mature long term management team.

The key to the successfully developing a corresponding transition of the 10 years great program with turning of Qinway to the Enlightenment ladder System relies on the successful placement of a long term management team. This includes a professional and organized secretary, a multi-lingual Chinese and English sales team, great team organization and especially a great understanding and professional leader.

Grandmaster's experience is filled with gratitude for the efforts of volunteers; her experience however has shown that unless the volunteers mind is correct and the system is well built then the instability causes huge problems and waste a lot of her valuable time for the hard training for corresponding a unique high energy signal system.Grandmaster is working very hard for the training, to keep a serene and stable signal office system with the New Volunteer Team, she has set up one half year testing period for the temporary work team policy.

The policy gives students a natural growth time which will culminate into a mature management system with a professional, serene and stable signal office system. With March approaching, it is time for me to speak from my heart about deep soul  virtue and benefits that you and I can receive from being here at this important time. Your karma and many future generation can be impacted by your involvement.As this system moves into the second 10 year phase it is evolving from energized products to include a duplicable enlightenment ladder system.
