I started feeling very sleeping around 9pm. I did all preparation steps based on the instruction. After I sat down and began my meditation, I fell asleep. I slept very comfortably the entire night. I woke in between only to brush my teeth. Then I went back to sleep again.

I saw many types of objects emitting strong light, starting with pearls emitting golden light and then green light with mixed colors. Then I walking into a glowing tunnel, and saw some divine images.

930 Before starting, I placed the Medicine Buddha, Guanyin Buddha and Fortune Buddha in the front, making sure there was no external interference around.
At first it was easy to fall into meditation and have a very quiet state of mind. After a while, my body began to swing involuntarily, feeling very comfortable. Not long after, the Baihui point on the top of my head started to feel hot, and it became more and more obvious. It was as if energy was being injected into the top of my head from above. It felt so wonderful. The sound of water comes and goes, not loud, just a small sound. At this time, the body has settled down and no longer swings, the mind is swollen, and sometimes there is a feeling of blankness, sometimes wandering in an unknown space, very briefly.
Until the end of 930, I was still immersed in that wonderful feeling of relaxation and peace of mind. The energy injection at Baihui point is my favorite feeling.

The day before 930 event, I hurriedly went downstairs and slipped on the stairs, and arm was bruised and swollen. Urgently use the remaining Yin yang healing tea and the tea bag for cold compress. The next morning, the bruise receded and the swelling subsided.

Sitting in front of the west lake, I felt the Qi from the lake surrending me, so peaceful and light. My third eye area are tingling, the energy going up to my head and my whole body felt very light.

I rushed home at 9 o'clock. I hurriedly gathered the energized objects, yin and yang tea and golden statue. At about 9:10, I started to meditate and entered the qigong state.
At first, I could feel that the energy in my body was very chaotic. It took a while to allow myself to be quiet for a few minutes. Then I started to recite 930 with my breathing, and I felt that I could soon enter a calmer state. Then begin to visualize the holy water slowly extending from the top of the head through the center of the body to the limbs, the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet, and then gathers in the lower Dantian.
As meditate over and over again, I can feel as if a circle of micro-current sweeps from top to bottom over the part of the body you are visualizing. There are times when it is relatively gentle, and there are times when the energy is very strong, and there is an obvious electric sensation in the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. During the process, I notice that my consciousness is jumping around like a little monkey, sending out some disturbing consciousness. I changed my sitting posture from single lotus to double lotus. For a while, energy gathered in the scoliosis area of my spine. Soon the discomfort caused by sitting there for a long time disappeared. I focused on the visualization of energy gathering in the lower Dantian, feeling like a deflated balloon was slowly being filled with some air.
The 930 event ended at 9:55. I am infinitely grateful to the three high beings and the Grandmaster for their continued compassionate guidance.
